PPP loans and the related forgiveness rules have been constantly changing. It is critical to understand the spending and documentation requirements to maximize forgiveness. BFLC has been assisting clients with loan applications, tracking allowed expenditures, interpreting the ever-changing rules and now we will be helping many clients with their loan forgiveness application packages.

The regulations contain specific spending and documentation requirements that are essential to achieving debt forgiveness under the program. Similar to the PPP loan application process, each lender will have slightly different requests and documentation requirements. BFLC encourages businesses to be proactive with their lender.

2. Assessment of Forgiveness Package

   BFLC can help you assess whether your forgiveness application is complete and whether the package maximizes your forgiveness:

   1. Consultation Call

      A Partner in the BFLC PPP Forgiveness Team will conduct a 30-minute consultation call to answer any questions and review any previously forwarded documentation during such call.

      I)   Sign engagement letter
      II)  Pay $250 fee

   2. Hourly Engagement

      Hire BFLC on an hourly basis to help you create a loan forgiveness package, assess your loan forgiveness application, and discuss strategies of how to obtain maximum forgiveness.
